Domaine Reserve Bottling
Thursday, October 30, 2008
Caseclub Members who purchased Domaine Reserve 2007 "FUTURES" during the 2008 Spring Caseclub Tasting are invited to bottle their own case of Domaine Reserve at the winery on Thursday, October 30, 2008. From placing the empty bottles on the bottling line to applying the final touch of wax to each bottle in their case, members can follow their Domaine Reserve from beginning to end. Winemaker Philippe will be on hand to share details about the bottling process. Those who requested to participate in this special bottling, will receive an informational letter to confirm details later in the fall as the bottling date nears.
2008 Fall Caseclub Tastings
Friday, Sat. & Sunday, November 21, 22, & 23 and Friday & Sat., November 28 & 29, 2008
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Taste all of our wines including the new releases paired with Wisconsin cheese and bread as you stroll among our fermentation room and underground aging cellars.
Open to Caseclub members and up to four guests. (2 guests on Saturday, November 22)
2009 Spring Caseclub Tastings
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, May 1, 2 or 3, 2009
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Taste all of our available wines including newly released wines, plus a sneak preview of the Domaine Reserve 2008, available for "Futures" purchase at the Tasting only. Plan about an hour to experience the entire Tasting. Self-guided Vineyard Tours are also offered exclusively during the Spring Tastings.
Open to Caseclub members and up to four guests.
